The company was started with the aim of providing a dedicated data recovery company that only specialises in the field of digital forensics.
Data Rescuers have invested in state-of-the-art, proprietary forensic equipment and methods to ensure we have the best chance of recovering data for our clients. We also take your security very seriously. All data will be destroyed within 14 days of receipt of payment unless requested to be stored.
Our forensic lab is alarmed with CCTV surveillance; monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; and has SCEC-endorsed security systems in place. Access is restricted during business hours to personnel that specialise in forensic data recovery. Our services are conducted in-house from our forensic lab in Sydney, not outsourced. We can perform our data recovery services on the spot, depending on the service level chosen. Our team of forensic experts have a great deal of experience and skill across the fields of digital forensics, cyber security, and electrical engineering. The general manager has had 14 years of hands-on experience in data recovery and a degree in digital forensics. Our executive director has a background in computer forensics and cyber security and has been in the industry since the mid-90s. Our electrical engineer has more than 25 years of experience in servicing and repairing all types of electronic devices.
